RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Veralove, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility

ou may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging with tags attached

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or damaged footwear, bags, or clothing

  • Items bought during sale or clearance periods (unless defective)

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange for replacement or refund.
Return shipping will be shouldered by Veralove in this case.

4. Change of Size or Style

If you ordered the wrong size or style, exchanges are accepted provided the item is in new condition.
Shipping costs for size/style exchanges will be shouldered by the customer (both ways).

5. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
