SHIPPING POLICY

At Veralove, we want to make sure your orders arrive safely and on time — wherever you are in the Philippines! Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.

2. Shipping Partner

All deliveries are fulfilled by our trusted logistics partner, J&T Express Philippines
(website: https://www.jtexpress.ph/).

Your order will ship out from our store located at:
📍 55 D, Poblacion, Rosario, Batangas

3. Shipping Rates

Veralove proudly shoulders 35% of the total shipping fee to make delivery more affordable for you.
The remaining 65% of the fee is charged to the customer at checkout.

Below are the final shipping rates (after Veralove’s subsidy):

 

NCR = ₱78

Luzon = ₱104

Visayas = ₱117

Mindanao = ₱124

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location. RegionEstimated Delivery Time:

NCR 3–5 business days

Luzon 3–7 business days

Visayas 5–10 business days

Mindanao 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.
Once the package is in transit, delivery speed is beyond Veralove’s control, but we’re always here to assist with tracking updates if needed.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can enter at https://www.jtexpress.ph/index/query/gzquery.html to monitor your delivery status in real time.

6. Failed Deliveries or Wrong Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to receive the parcel, additional reshipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take extra care to ensure your orders are packed securely.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at veralovefashionboutique@gmail.com.
We’ll coordinate with J&T Express to resolve the issue promptly.

8. International Shipping

At the moment, Veralove ships within the Philippines only.
We look forward to serving international customers soon.
